Nutrition is the pillar of our client's success. With countless blogs, documentaries and fad diets, we focus on the basics; because it works. If you're struggling in your relationship with food, our Nutritionist will implement a plan to accommodate your busy schedule. There is an abundance of noise surrounding nutrition. We want to make sure your nutrition is both practical and sustainable. In order for you to reach your goals, we must first establish a healthy metabolism. Since everyone has their starting point, not every diet plan is going to be the same. Until you establish an efficient metabolism and a healthy relationship with food, you will never reach your goals from a dietary process.

· Macro-based daily targets with suggestion on meal timing and meal-by-meal macro breakdowns.

We understand that getting started is difficult for everyone, so it's our obligation as your coach to lead you to success. We created our private, user-friendly mobile app exclusive to our clients that houses your entire program. The greater support you have, the better, which is why we also include the following:
· At the beginning of each day, both you and your coach are notified of what needs to be completed for the day. if you failed to complete your task for the day, your coach is notified every morning for your daily follow to keep you accountable.
· Each workout you complete will notify your coach so they can continue tracking your improvement with your overall performance. Every movement comes with video instructions to learn proper form. It's crucial to learn proper form to reduce the risk of injury, increase performance and fix mechanical errors you might have.
· Your OBS App was built to connect with MyFitnessPal, the largest food-tracking app in the world, so that you and your coach can monitor your calories and fluid intake. Just like your workouts, we installed an alert system for your coach to follow up with you in case you need help getting back on track.
· You’ll have 24/7 support to stay connect with your coach through our built-in, direct message portal for any assistance you may need.
